He is in charge of supervising the planting, harvesting, collection and storage of the coffee beans at Finca ``El Gavilan``. With lifelong experience in the process of farming with his family, he is responsible for keeping workers on task and making sure that the coffee is properly handled, cared for and picked during harvest and selection and through the growing process.

She is in charge of the business administration portion of the farm and she is in charge of budgeting, organizing the purchases and distribution of farming equipment and organizing product sales for Finca ``El Gavilan``.
